Using Your Skincare
Body butter or body oil: which do I need?
Either one works on its own, so choose by the texture you enjoy. Body Butter Soufflé is whipped from rich butters like kokum, shea, and mango, so it suits skin that feels dry or rough, such as elbows, knees, and legs. Body Oil is lighter and absorbs quickly without a greasy finish.
For extra softness, you can layer them: soufflé first, then oil to seal in moisture.
What order should I use your products in?
Every product works on its own. If you use more than one, here is the order: start with Foaming Skin Polish to buff away dull, dry-feeling skin. Cleanse with Whipped Soap. Apply Body Butter Soufflé, then Body Oil. Finish with Parfum or Men's Cologne.
Use the polish a few times a week and the rest daily.
How do I make my scent last all day?
Layer it. Each of our collections carries one signature scent across the polish, soap, butter, oil, and parfum, so every step builds on the last instead of competing with it.
Fragrance holds longer on moisturized skin, so apply your parfum or cologne after your soufflé and oil. Explore the scents in our collections.
Should I apply butter and oil to wet or dry skin?
Apply Body Butter Soufflé to clean, dry skin and massage it into the areas that feel driest.
Body Oil works on either. On skin still damp from the shower, it glides on easily and seals in moisture. On dry skin, it leaves a soft, conditioned finish.

What's in your products?
Ingredients you can read on the label. Our Body Butter Soufflés, for example, blend kokum, shea, and mango seed butters with jojoba, avocado, grape seed, and sweet almond oils, finished with vitamin E.
Everything is made from scratch with no pre-made bases, and our formulas contain no parabens or sulfates. The full ingredient list is on every product page.
What does turmeric do in your skincare?
Turmeric has been part of beauty traditions for centuries, prized for its warm golden color. Our Turmeric Skin Polish buffs away dull, dry-feeling skin, and our Turmeric Whipped Soap cleanses with a soft, cloud-like lather. Both leave skin looking brighter and more radiant.
Turmeric's natural golden pigment can tint surfaces, so give your sink, tub, or shower a quick rinse after use.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our skincare is made for all skin types. Every ingredient is listed on the product page, so you can check for anything you prefer to avoid. If your skin is sensitive, try a small amount on your inner arm first, and speak with your dermatologist about any specific concerns.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Our products are never tested on animals, and they are made in the U.S.A.
Do you make skincare for men?
Yes. Our men's collections, including Sir, Beau, and Room 1222 with Midnight Jasmine, offer a full line of skincare and fragrance, from whipped soap and body butter soufflé to cologne and beard oil. For a complete gift, the Private Reserve box brings the men's line together.

Orders and Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $60 or more.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are personal care items, all sales are final for hygiene reasons. The one exception is an order that arrives damaged or incorrect. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery with proof of the damage or the incorrect item. Email customercare@kittskandyshop.com with a photo and your order number to begin.
